Flavometrix was formed in 2004 by Professor Andy Taylor as a spin out company of the University of Nottingham. The company utilises the techniques and know-how originally generated in the Division of Food Sciences Flavour Research Group. Flavometrix is based at the University and has access to all the equipment within the Flavour Technology Laboratory and employs a highly skilled team of staff to operate the high-tech equipment and techniques. With our cutting edge technology and experience we offer help (whether it be consultancy, analytical or training) with Research and Development for both the flavour and pharmaceutical industries.
